Let the good times roll in New Orleans, whose delicious cuisine is best enjoyed in the gorgeous garden setting of the Court of the Two Sisters. Mardi Gras, jazz, and creole food are quintessential parts of the “Big Easy” experience.

Is everything bigger in Texas? The Lone Star State certainly gives you reason to think so. Houston is known as the Space City, and its expansive Johnson Space Center will show you why. If you remember the Alamo, you know all about San Antonio. Discover both, and maybe try in some of San Antonio’s renowned Tex-Mex food.

Austin is known for its quirky culture and live music scene. While there you’ll also have the chance to explore the LBJ Presidential Library.
